If you need some help learning how to cut there's a helpful forum topic containing lots of tips and tutorials. To get started you can just check out the pending submissions queue or find packs of multiple related pending images in the pending packs queue. It's up to other people to then find edit these images in Photoshop and upload the completed game ready image. Most of these photos aren't ready for the game yet because they're the wrong size or include a coloured background. The way it works is that we have a contribute section where anyone can upload photos of players for the pack. If you're good at Photoshop, or other image editing tools, or even if you'd just like to learn Photoshop so you can edit your own photos day to day, please consider joining in and helping to cut some faces for our megapack. However there's still a big backlog of images that aren't in the megapack and we need people's help in editing them. Over the last 15 years more than 2000 people have helped create over 1.3 million cut out faces for Football Manager.
